He has a stable ALP elevation (>1.5 ULN), normal bilirubin levels and a liver stiffness (VCTE by Fibroscan®) of 8 kPA. On his last ultrasound a small gallbladder polyp of 5 mm was detected. His latest follow up MRI/MRCP showed no sign of progressive disease or CCA, but the size of the gallbladder polyp has increased to 8 mm.
