A. Infusion of a monoclonal antibody combination, e.g. casirivimab/imdevimab (also known as "Trump Cocktail“)

B. Oral prophylaxis with polymerase inhibitor molnupiravir or protease inhibitor paxlovid

C. Vaccination in patients and their household contacts to be completed at least two weeks prior to transplantation and administration of an early mRNA vaccine booster dose after transplantation, i.e. 4-6 weeks after the second mRNA vaccine dose

D. Vaccination only after liver transplantation, because response rates are reduced in chronic liver disease, but vaccinate household contacts
